Full-Time Monday - Friday, between 8:00am - 5:00pm; occasional
Saturdays 8am-12pm (Once every 2 months) Locations: Amherst (Dent
Tower) Position Summary: The Infusion Department Coordinator
provides administrative and operational support for infusion
services. This role focuses on inventory coordination, data
tracking, reporting, scheduling support, and detailed
administrative tasks to help ensure safe, efficient, and accurate
infusion operations. The coordinator works closely with the CCO,
Infusion Operations Manager, clinical staff, and administrative
teams to support patient care and departmental workflows.
Responsibilities of Position: Provide day-to-day administrative and
operational support for infusion department activities Support
departmental organization, workflow accuracy, and operational
efficiency Serve as a liaison between clinical, administrative, and
support teams to facilitate clear communication Assist the CCO and
Infusion Operations Manager with tracking departmental goals,
reports, and initiatives Support scheduling coordination, patient
flow tracking, and documentation across infusion locations or
service lines Identify process gaps and provide recommendations to
improve efficiency and accuracy Coordinate inventory management,
including tracking supplies, supporting purchasing processes, and
monitoring usage for infusion medications and materials Support
workflow organization and scheduling coordination for Memory Clinic
infusion patients Assist billing and revenue cycle teams by
ensuring accurate documentation, charge capture support, and report
preparation Maintain organized records, spreadsheets, and tracking
tools to support departmental operations Other Duties Please note

without notice. Skills & Experience Necessary: Experience with
infusion or healthcare administrative functions preferred Advanced
knowledge of Excel required including ability to navigate
spreadsheets with macros, pivots, etc EMR, Microsoft Word, and
general computer knowledge required Ability to handle multiple
priorities Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand
workflow and operational efficiencies within clinic or department A
high level of professionalism when interacting with patients and
staff to serve as a role model to all employees Effective verbal
communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with
employees and between clinics and departments Working Conditions:
Normal working environment, typical of most office settings
Moderate physical effort, requires some lifting of paperwork and
office equipment, usually not in excess of 40 pounds Reasonable

will start within the first quartile of the pay range Rates are
