WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR LARGE BALANCE DEBT RESOLUTION SPECIALIST - THIRD-PARTY COLLECTOR This is a full-time collections position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM . In this role, you'll start each day ready to engage, dialing out to consumers, applying your expertise to resolve large-balance accounts with professionalism and control. You'll navigate conversations, uncover solutions, and negotiate payment arrangements that work for both the consumer and the client. Every call is a chance to showcase your skill, build rapport, and close successful resolutions.
