Client Service Manager – Commercial Insurance Location: Greater Syracuse, In-office We are seeking an engaging leader with a strong background in commercial lines to shape service excellence, mentor teams, and drive efficiency. About the Role: As a seasoned Client Service Manager the successful candidate will lead the day-to-day operations of a 14-member Commercial Client Service team. This position is pivotal to ensuring workflow optimization, maintaining top-tier service standards, and fostering a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the performance, training, and workflow of the Commercial Client Service team. Monitor workload distribution and refine departmental processes to uphold agency benchmarks. Serve as a mentor and resource for staff, providing guidance on complex accounts and best practices. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Claims teams to reinforce client retention and support business growth strategies. Manage middle-to-large complex accounts across various industries. Utilize EPIC software to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. What We’re Looking For: Experience in commercial lines is required. Ideal candidates will have a background as a supervisor, overseeing performance reviews, training, and workflow management. Leadership experience of at least 10 years preferred. Strong ability to foster relationships and maintain service excellence. Passion for maintaining integrity, accountability, and transparency in every interaction.
