Job Title: Accounting Clerk

Location: Auburn CDJR

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Part-Time Hours M-F 8am-Noon
Pay Range: $17-$20 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Description: Auburn CDJR is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Title/Billing Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing title and registration documents, ensuring accuracy in billing, and maintaining organized records for vehicle sales.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

Accounts Payable
Wholesale and dealer trade billing
Back up title clerk
Stock in inventory
Breakdown deals
Filing
Asst answering phones
Cash receipting

CDK knowledge a plus

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a title/billing role or automotive industry preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar programs
