Job Description:

We are currently seeking a full-time Billing Specialist for our permaenent role in the Rochester, NY area! We take care of our own by providing comprehensive training and assistance w/ certifications and education, competitive compensation packages, an exercise area, a fun environment, and much more! Oversee and investigate all aspects that lead to insurance denials. (collections, trends, coding issues)
You will spearhead claim processing, insurance and patient payment posting, and denials and claim resolution.
Communicate cross-functionally with your team and patients to help improve processes and customer experience.
Schedule : 8:30-5pm w/ a 30 minute lunch Qualifications:
CMC or CPC + Radiology Billing preferred. Assistance w/ certification is offered to the right candidate.
Ledger resolution helpful experience is needed.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Someone who can wear many hats will be most successful in this role. Benefits:
