PERSONAL FINANCIAL REPRESENTATIVE As a Personal Financial Representative, you"re in charge of you. You"ll use your financial experience, network support and sales experience to help individuals determine the right mix of life and financial products to suit their needs. QUALIFICATIONS FOR PFR AND LIFE SPECIALIST ROLES Whether you"re looking to become a PFR or a Life Specialist, we"re looking for individuals who possess an unquenchable entrepreneurial spirit and a strong track record of success. You"ll also need the following: Required Qualifications * Life and Retirement Experience * At least 2 years of full-time life insurance or financial services customer facing sales. * Insurance Licenses * State Life/Health Insurance Licenses. * Financial Licenses (required for PFR role only) * FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63. * Sales Experience * Blended mix of protection and asset accumulation sales. * Industry Experience * Prior experience as a Financial Advisor, Financial Planner, Registered Representative or Investment Representative preferred. * Professional Designations * RICP, FSCP, CLU, ChFC, CFP, and LUTCF preferred * Education * Bachelor"s degree (or higher) with emphasis on business preferred About Allstate
